“The staff at the Brickhouse Inn were very helpful. I always had a quick response when I sent them a questions they the messaging part of the Expedia app. We stayed in the Texas Room- such a beautiful room, decorated nicely. The room had a musty odor and the bathroom was a disaster. We were given a handicap accessable bathroom that was poorly maintained. The curb-less shower flooded the entire bathroom floor because the center floor drain had apparently heaved and is higher than the rest of the floor.……

“Great location and large room, downside was no staff on site; we needed to call to get someone from the next door diner to open the door. No welcome or further context. Also no staff when we checked out.
