Adams Basin Castle Hotels

We’ve stayed here several times while visiting my son at SUNY Brockport. Always greeted with a smile, get a great size and clean room and enjoy the hot breakfast. Highly recommend!!

The staff was extremely friendly and personable. The hotel room was clean, very spacious and modern. The shower has great water pressure and two shower heads. Breakfast in the morning was great. We were happy with everything. We will absolutely stay here again.

I love staying there. So close to everything especially the mall. I can walk to my favorite restaurant and the staff is friendly and attentive. The free breakfast is good as well. Unfortunately my daughter is graduating and I won't have many if any opportunities to stay there. They have served me well for 4 years. I have no complaints.

I really like that check out time was noon and breakfast was great!!

Wonderful stay, staff was excellent!

The elevator actually worked properly. That is a rarity. Attached restaurant was a great thing due to blizzard weather conditions. Bartender was on point!

Friendly staff, clean facility and nice breakfast space and options.

Friendly staff, nice room and amenities minus heater in pool not working properly, decent breakfast, overall very pleasant experience and we’d come back : )

The room was very spacious and clean. There is a nice fire pit and seating area outside. The breakfast is good for a quick bite.

My stay was very smooth and comfortable.

We were there for a visit to RIT and it was within a good driving distance to it.

Great experience

Friendly staff, clean room, very quiet, nice variety of food choices for breakfast

Great staff of welcoming and kind people. Clean, quiet and friendly facilities. We really couldn't ask for more.

I had a surgery and I was very happy to make this hotel a choice. My only inconvenience was the location of the sink and the absence of a coffee maker and microwave in the room. In the end it worked out because I was granted a microwave in the room. I’m very happy about my stay and will be back. All the staff were very helpful and attentive. The hotel is in a very convenient location to food and many stores. Thank You Thank you.

Probably the best hotel around university of Rochester! Great dining options! Very clean rooms and pleasant staff!

Great stay. Lobby and Room were clean and well prepared. Parking lot was full when i arrived, about 9pm, but they share the parking garage across the street with the Play museum. It's just across the street, but i would recommend getting your bags to the room before you park. Good breakfast, nothing more than you would expect, but a lot of seating and options.
