“酒店的卫生真的不敢恭维，承诺好的退款数字又在退房后兑现不了，说是因为我在第三方网站订的房，总之当时房间里的之前客人留下的鞋、短裤还有袜子让我想起来就恶心，提醒未来准备订这间酒店的朋友入住时检查好卫生，有问题当时解决，退房时想在解决问题基本就是不可能的了。”
