When we were finally able to get near the address, the building was open to the street with no need to used the locked door. We went upstairs to the apartments and discovered the the door had no deadbolt and did not always lock. When we messaged the property owner we got no response for hours, when we were finally admonished for not contacting them. When I pointed out that we DID contact them with no response...
