The booking should have been refused but instead they took our money and refused to refund. I have all the documentation but Hotels.com states they cannot help. “If you are looking for a little gem between Soufrière and Marigot Bay, this is it. Quiet for those looking for less tourists but still want to explore. Owner/proprietor does everything herself, from cooking to cleaning with the help of one staff. Meals made to order. Pizza night was awesome. Local beer always available. Views are breathtaking and should not be missed. We rented a car; would recommend using taxis and meeting them at the bottom of the hill.”
