"We went for our 30th anniversary and we had a great time. The place was very beautifully kept. And there were no other guests at that time so we had the whole place pretty much to ourselves. Haiko responded to all our questions and was there if we needed anything. Great home an host."

"Would rate the stay 3/5 stars. The property is clean and so are the rooms, staff was friendly and willing to assist. The downside is that before you could view the ocean you have to get past the parking lots, construction to the right, high traffic to the left and a casino up front. Not exactly a relaxing time on the balcony or sweeping views of the ocean. The beach is also poorly organized. It’s a five minute walk and they do provide the shuttle however the umbrellas and beach chairs are limited and you have to be up super early to get the front row otherwise you will be stuck with a view of other beach goers. This is also the only hotel that has their umbrellas slanted and you are not allowed to move them so you can’t really move around with the shade. We ended up taxiing to other local beaches just so we can enjoy our days in the sun also paying for taxis and beach chair and umbrellas so this was a big negative. If you like to sleep in a little later this is a problem. Getting taxis mid day is another issue they do have them but you will be waiting a while so the only solution is to get up super early and start your day which is what we had to do. Will consider ocean front hotel or an Airbnb if I was to make another trip "

"We would like to highly praise Enrique, Sylvia and Suki for their service at the Tradewinds beach. They were very helpful in navigating the reserve by phone system . I believe a better system should be implemented so guests are not forced to be on their phones or at the hut at 8am during their vacation. Other suggestions include lower minimum bet at Casino tables and new/different elevator music."

"The staff at the front desk and the pool/towels area were RUDE. Seem to forget who is paying for the stays and HOW MUCH we are paying as guests. It is evident there is NO CARE for Customer Satisfaction. The Bar Tenders were ALL good and polite. Also - the noise at night from the neighboring properties is BAD and there is no warning given to the guests."
