“Good morning, we were not informed that a $250 deposit would be placed on a credit card, and we paid with our debit card instead, because we did not have a credit card. Today, when we checked out, we were told that the hold would only be released at 12 PM and that the bank would take up to 4 or 7 days to return the money.
Is this a standard procedure worldwide?
But, the staff was very friendly and polite, and overall, we were treated very well. Our only concern is that Expedia did not inform us……

“The room was cozy but wasn't ready for the check in time. Mini pool was cute but light im the pool wasn't working and string lights either. Small details that would've tied the experience all together. Overall not bad for one night but woudn't stay there a week.”
