“Our stay at The Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort was great. The staff is friendly and greets you every time they see you. The bartenders were also great. Room was spacious and the entire property was very clean. We enjoyed the food and sunsets were outstanding.”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“We had a great experience staying at The Mill in Aruba, especially considering this was a last-minute planned hotel stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and accommodating, and overall the property exceeded our expectations. The only reasons we would not give this an official five-star rating are because one of the fountains that shoots water into the pool had a slight sewage-like smell, which was concerning, and the process of getting checked into our room took longer than……

Gio at the beach bar is always solid and Sandra at the lobby bar is our favorite every year! Great staff and beautiful resort. We will be back I’m sure.”
