“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“This is the place! Marial and Dirk are amazing hosts and the property is perfect! Located close enough to all major attractions/places but still in the local area so you get the best of both worlds. We were here for a week to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary and it was exactly what we were looking for. Rent a car and know that GPS says you've arrived but the property is to the left off of sero Blanco. Absolutely amazing stay and we hope to return soon!”

“I really enjoyed the grounds of the apartments. I enjoyed being outside in the chairs, the hammock and in the chaise lounge by the pool. It was great having dedicated beach towels along with a beach chair and water/snorkeling items to borrow. Gaston was very helpful and was gracious to allow me a late checkout, which was much appreciated.”

“By far one of the best vacation experiences I have ever had. Me and my wife went for our honeymoon and it was one of the best weeks I have ever had. The staff was awesome in every way. The rooms felt very modern and clean. We did the bed and breakfast option rather than all inclusive because we wanted to explore the food on the island. The breakfast options were great with a wide variety. The property is also located right across the street from eagle beach. It was by far the most beautiful……

“Perfect for a quiet stay with everything you need in the apartment and kitchen, including some shared items that, you can’t really pack on a trip that came in very handy. Everything was clean. The pool and grounds area was really nice. There is a laundry room with laundry soap and some community items that were very helpful. Central location so you can drive in any direction (recommend a rental car) to attractions and restaurants etc. a small grocery store across the street was nice as well. We……

“Embassy Suites by Hilton is well situated between Eagle and Palm beach with Eagle Beach within walking distance. The hotel is clean, the food and drinks are good and the staff is helpful and friendly. We loved the daily happy hour that was offered to guests. When our flight was canceled it was easy to extend our stay and get late check out. Definitely a comfortable stay!”
