The power and water went out Friday morning the 2nd day . I was unable to leave the property because of mo power and card locked in the basement.

Walk to everything

This was a perfect condo. Very close to everything. One thing was it was a little loud which she did tell us about and they provided us with white noise machines which made it better. We were able to deal with it as we like noise to sleep, but I know some people don’t. One thing we missed having in the kitchen was Wine glasses, I’m a wine snob and like drinking them out of a wine glass. Other than that it was a perfect trip.

Modern condo in downtown Asheville

The modern condo in downtown Asheville was centrally located, large and nicely furnished. The homeless guys in the doorways street noise (abated byre noise machines) were not so nice. The absence of wine glasses,, laundry detergent and Klee ex was evidence of a host who needed to be a little more generous.

We loved how clean and secure that the condo was. We really enjoyed having a parking place included with the rental. We would have liked to have darker blinds or curtains in the bedrooms. It was really bright with the street light shining in the windows at night. We did have trouble with the dryer (it could have been operator error). We loved being able to walk to the downtown restaurants and attractions. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Mary was awesome! For those wondering, the noise was as advertised, but not a problem at all. It is a busy downtown like any other downtown. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great condo in central Asheville

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, central, and secure. We were walking distance from everything in downtown. Communication with host was great and she invited us to check in a little early since the cleaning crew was done ahead of schedule on our arrival day. Would definitely stay here again!

Easy walk

Mary was very responsive to questions we had about the wifi (it seemed to be better in the morning and not as great at night). The building feels safe and secure. As other reviewers have stated, the porch overlooks the bus depot. But, it also has views of the orange peels Rabbit Rabbit venue, which was great for us because Jason Isbell played one night and it was like being at the concert (over by 10pm). Noise wasn’t a problem for us and there are sound machines provided if you need them. Very clean and easy walkability into downtown.

Great option that is not a hotel!

Great location! Can walk to everything downtown. Very safe with all the door codes. Can leave car in locked garage. Cons- across from bus station so very noisy/loud. Lots of bums hanging around. This unit needs ceiling fans, room darkening drapes, and a Keurig coffee maker.

Great Place

This condo was just perfect. Great: - Communication with host. Mary was super responsive and helpful. - Location could not be beat. It was a 5-10 minute walk to everywhere in downtown Asheville. - Secure building. Lots of codes to get into places, but definitely felt secure. - Super clean (with one caveat mentioned below) Not so great: - The only thing that needed a better cleaning was the refrigerator. - A bit noisy, but based on where it was, the noise did not bother us at all. - A bit bright - the master bedroom is bright at night from the great windows, so may need a sleeping mask if dark is important. - Could use more hangers. Such great closets, but only a few hangers to use. Overall, this place was exactly what we were looking for and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Vacation

I've always had trouble getting in my vrbo residences. In this instance the property owner wrote a detailed message with passcodes. This made it the easiest checking I've had with vrbo. The property owner responded instantly when I has a question or issue when I set off the firm alarm. The owner was incredibly polite and it was a perfect stay. That came from location, cleanliness of the spot and effective communication from the owner when needed. I will if able coke back to stay at this location.

Great condo!! . Very roomy with large kitchen and living room. We had 3 couples and had tons of room. Great location in downtown with everything in walking distance Parking garage was great. Owner was very helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend

Friends Getaway

The condo was exactly as described, very beautiful and secure! Exceptionally clean. Location to downtown Asheville was excellent and we enjoyed walking around visiting the local shops. Also the Outlet mall was a quick drive. I agree with other reviews it was noisy, the bus station is across the street from the condo. One recommendation is to consider adding black out drapes, the morning sun is brutal. Our host, Mary, was very attentive and helpful.
