"Loved the look and feel of the property and how it was pretty centralized to everything. Plenty to do in the area, so we didnt spend a ton of time in the car going back and forth. It was very clean and the room smelled great! We had a TV situation and the management handled it personally. I loved their willingness to step in to ensure we were comfortable. The best thing for me was, although the hotel was PACKED every night I didnt hear any noise from our room. No slammed doors, kids crying, folks just getting about their day...NONE of it. Not sure if the rooms were soundproof. If it was...THANK YOU! I'll definitely book again when we return."

"I had a very nice room up on the 11th floor where I was able to get a panoramic view of the city. The desk person who managed to place me there was a desk clerk named Joy, a charming person with an appropriate name. The room was beautiful with de rigueur fittings. The coffee pot was confusing to use, and I needed help getting it going. The TV too. I had thought of using room service, but with all the incomprehensible fees and add-ons I found I would be paying $50-plus dollars for two eggs, toast, and orange juice. An excessive amount I thought...Better to go to Flying Biscuit. I went to the dining room instead the next day. Breakfast there remained cheaper, but still expensive. I ate there 3 times during my stay, but frankly, I found the food preparations not up to snuff. Just not very good given the price -- and I think the George kitchen staff needs to up their game. I also had an unpleasant encounter with one of your staff upon returning to the hotel one night in the Foyer at a moment characterized by utter pandemonium. I found him to be hyper-sensitive and disrespectful. I will not mention the name of the person, but I'll bet he remembers me. He needs a bit of P.R. training."
