"This was my second time at this facility and the service was much better than the first time. There were high school kids enjoying their graduation trip and their behaviour was on spot. I have to mention three employees in particular. Firstly, Jayden at check-in was delightful. Secondly, "G" the beach butler, kind, funny and attentive. Third and finally, Mr. Jeffrey Stubbs, the general manager, he made my birthday weekend absolutely wonderful. A BIG Thank You, for everything!! Will be back!"

"Great overall, would stay there again. Rio was great, staff was great, bed was great! Breakfast menu needs to improve to be healthier. Too much unhealthy options and almost nothing of nutritional value!"
