“Rooms were very outdated especially the bathrooms also not to mention we waited three hours for pasta : PASTA we sat down with a group of 6 got at the resort restaurant at 8 and left at 10:45 without eating the main course it was absolutely ridiculous it happened almost every time I suggest going in smaller groups. Hotel has a great beach I recommend hitting the buffet it has great food. Hotel needs major upgrades the bathrooms in the lobby were super outdated other than that it’s ok if you are……

“This is the worst resort I’ve ever been to! To start with, the staff is rude and unpleasant. On the first day, there was a horrible stain in the pool; we alerted the staff, and one annoyed employee said, "We already know!" On day two, we were in the pool when my oldest child noticed a large yellow stain; when I went to look, it looked like someone had vomited—or something even worse! “The staff was absolutely fantastic. The property is somewhat older and could use a refresher. Unfortunately, there was severe leak from the room upstairs and we had to move rooms. As this was around 1am-2am, there was no available staff to help move us. The night manager was as helpful as she could be.
