"We stayed at SoCo because we were visiting Barbados Fertility Centre which is a 3 min walk away. The staff is outstanding and went above and beyond. All 3 meals a day were personally cooked for each of us and included in the price. A couple days due to raging hormones they fulfilled my request of sandwiches that weren’t in the menu. They provide beach towels, chairs and free drinks. Every room looks over the beautiful ocean. Since it’s small with only 24 rooms, you get to know the other guests. We also loved all 3 bartenders we met. Highly recommend! We will be back for sure. The sooner the better. "

"The beach and location can’t be beaten. The restaurant and rooms need some updating but everything else was superb. The horses on the beach is just a cheery on top of a wonderful experience in Barbados. "

"My partner and I stayed at Sugar Bay for 5 nights and it was such a wonderful experience. The staff are amazing and truly made the stay exceptional. Although this is a kid friendly resort, we never had any issues with kids running around or being excessively loud. The resort offers daily entertainment during the evening and many water activities during the day. They even offer swimming with the horses which is a wonderful experience. The staff at the front desk offered suggestions for activities and helped us to book taxis. It wasn’t over crowded and activities for all ages are available. The food and drinks were superb! They do offer 4 restaurants but it’s important to note, you can only enjoy one of the two A la cart restaurants for free if your stay is shorter than 6 nights. You can dine at the other A la Cart for a small fee. But not to worry, the Reef, a buffet style restaurant offers a different menu every day and for each meal (breakfast/lunch/dinner). The chefs at Sugar Bay are nothing short of amazing in the kitchen so you will not be disappointed. Another important thing to note is that the water surrounding the resort was a bit rough compared to when we were touring the west coast. However, it definitely doesn’t impact the water activities or swimming. All in all, I would rate our stay 10/10. Hope this helps anyone planning a stay at Sugar Bay!"

"We stayed at waves hotel for our honeymoon and it was fantastic! The staff were super accommodating and made our stay really special. Since it was a fairly small property, It was nice to take the ferry to see the other hotels/resorts by Elegant hotels without any fees. The beach was stunning and since we had the split room with the ocean view, it was like waking up in paradise each morning. The breakfast, lunch and dinner options were great as well. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely go back again 10/10"
