“The staff was very helpful. The attendant informed me of the beginning of the access and exiting process, in addition to not having TV access. Having to press to allow access and entrance was an inconvenience. I thought not having TV access was not going to bother me...But, I like to look at something on TV when I am at the room-not able to do so.”
