Clean Room All of the grounds were clean Friendly staff Casino was bigger than I expected Large Resort Great Shoppong options The only Negative was the seaweed on the beach and in the water. I am assuming its that time of year December and has no reflection on the hotel. Closer to Rosewood it seemed cleaner the beach but they might only remove it there. I stayed 3 nights definitely not enough time to see and experience everything the hotel has to offer I would definitely go back

My room was fine until the last night when plaster falling onto bed made us have to move. I asked for conditioner 5 times but never received. The staff was awesome as far as personality and hard work.
