“Arrivée par un petit chemin bordé de haies, descendant vers un vallon où l'on découvre au fur et à mesure tous les animaux qu'une ferme peut accueillir : truies, bovins, chevaux, agneaux et basses cours. L'environnement est très pentu et ne laisse pas beaucoup d'espace pour se déplacer sans effort. Le fermier est très accueillant et prompte à rendre service. Le descriptif correspond au cottage. ”

“Brilliant property! Amazing to have en-suites in every bedroom. This property was the perfect venue for my partner’s surprise 40th weekend away with friends. “The welcome we received from Ashrad was excellent. He went out of his way to welcome us, and to advise us about the locality he is a very friendly gentleman.
He had left tea, coffee, milk and biscuits as a welcome gift. The accommodation was second to none, in a very convenient location. ”

“This was ideal for me. I loved it here. It was really peaceful. I couldn't hear a thing apart from the birds and the occasional sheep. I stayed for 4 days and I wished it could have been longer. There is no TV in the hut which also suits me to the ground. The wi-fi is excellent so if you do want to watch something on an I pad or tablet you will have no problem with the reception.
There was a nice touch with tea making facilities and scones provided for the 4 days that I was there.

“A beautifully restored 300-year-old cottage with a small, cozy, enclosed garden. The lovingly furnished property had everything you could need, and the bathrooms were also very nice. The hosts were very friendly. Parking right outside the door made moving in easier. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely inquire here!”

"Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process of fixing the air conditioning but continued to apologise to us for the inconvenience. The staff are very welcoming, and the environment is very relaxing. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Exeter.
Special thanks to the hotel manager and one of the hotel staff members for swiftly taking care of the air conditioner issue; despite ending up being wet in the process you both have handled the issue with grace and kindness."
