“Owner needs to grasp that guests travel to JFK from long distances. They have a right to some communication and assurance that the apartment they have paid for will be accessible if their flight is delayed. Owner refused to answer questions & delayed making clear that he would be able to get the key to us until very last possible moment. Terrible service and terrible arrangements for anybody who might be traveling a long way— or might run into the quite common cancelations & delays. When……
