“I was surprised to see no reviews on this beautiful property. The photos accurately represent the space. It’s very clean, the grounds are well kept, everything is modern, and the quality of the bed was phenomenal. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking is plentiful. (Crazy, cause you’re 3 blocks from the beach and right on Newport Ave). There was a tiny bit of noise coming from upstairs, and maybe some laundry machine noise at some point, but overall very peaceful. The hosts is friendly and……

“We were excited about the proximity to the beach to enjoy our stay leading up to our wedding. However, this rental was in need of a deep cleaning. The property smelled of mildew, and there was grime on the sink and shower. The rental just was not in the condition as it appeared in photos.”

As I imagine other reviews have stated, the parking spot is extremely tight and difficult to maneuver, especially when any other cars and guests are there. I don’t think there’s much that the host could do about this though. There is no filtered or drinking water or water filters in the space so bringing your own filtered water is key.
