“The hotel is ok the price is half comparing with other same kind of hotels in the town of Augusta just 15 to 20 minutes more drive good value for master stay”

“There needs to be a deep clean on the property in common areas, stair exits need trash emptied. Elevator was filthy. This is not HK problem this is management not prioritizing common areas as needed. Skimping on hrs ect….”

“The breakfast had a lot of variety, the staff + front desk were kind, the room was clean + spacious, and it was a good stay.”

“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“This is a very low budget hotel. Staff was not friendly or helpful. The pool area was a smoking section. I found hairs stuck in my washcloth and towels. I can’t speak to the free breakfast because it wasn’t open when I left at 5:30AM. They have parking right outside of the first floor rooms. Literally directly beside the windows. It’s very irritating when people are coming and going through the night. I suppose the highlight was that at least I didn’t see any bedbugs.”

“Staff was nice and friendly. The continental breakfast was good. Rooms were clean.”

“There were no blankets on the bed. Only a sheet and a thin spread on top. I asked at the front desk for one, she looked and came back and said there were none. I ended up going into my car and using my camping blanket. The towels were thin and scratchy, something I would use to wash my car. I don't expect luxury when I stay at a hotel, but this was way subpar.”

“The property is old but clean. The parking is easy. Didn’t do breakfast so no input on that. Bed was comfortable. Nice working fridge. Had trouble with the shower not draining and they fixed it right away. Easy to get to, right off the highway. Would stay there again.”
