“On website, a free full breakfast was advertised, on the sign at the hotel it said Free dessert, so I asked and she said warm peach cobbler every evening, so I went ahead and booked thru Expedia as it was $15 cheaper than she quoted. It also said free dessert 9 pm to 12 pm on my key envelope. Two of the 3 lights in the room did not work at all, there was no ice in the ice machine, the pop machine was empty and off, there was a sign on the breakfast door that said “no breakfast served today”……

“We reserved two rooms. Room 1 had no mattress covers, uncertain stains on the mattress, and bare flat sheet coverings. Room 2 had basic mattress cover.
