“great location lovely hotel and grounds the staff were fantastic so friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast were excellent too definitely would stay again if we were in the location.”

Rooms are well designed and comfortable, though the air conditioning unit in our room periodically made grinding sounds — seemed only when adjusting to new set temperature— and did not happen while sleeping at night. “Lifts were awkwardly placed. We needed to use the stairs. Noisy. The front desk staff weren’t very helpful. They were not available 24 hours as advertised. I needed to speak to someone overnight. When I went downstairs, there was no-one at the desk. When they were present, they were more focussed on laughing and joking between themselves than on the service of guests.”

“There was a lovely pool at the gym, there is a lovely walking path as well as a nutritious breakfast. Staff were very helpful.”

“This is a pub and if you want a pub experience that you shall get ! It was very comfortable and the dinner was very good and convenient after a long day . Very noisy downstairs but it was not minded since it was singing and enjoyed listening !”

We didn’t meet the other guests but were conscious of people moving about in the night - as I’m sure they were when we got in late and left early! This is always going to be the case with a place near the airport. I particularly appreciated the free coffee to get us off to a good start in the morning.”
