“Clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. Only thing missing in the kitchen imo is a waffle maker.The bathroom could use some maintenance but it is clean and spacious with a tub for bathing littles. The washer and dryer provide a little extra counter space if you need it. I visited the property with four 15yr old girls. We needed the extra counter space. I wish the blue curtains in the living room were wider to close completely at night but I used a blanket in the house to drape over……

“Nice marina view and nice bay view from the balcony. Not a great space for family of 4. It’s very tight. The Sofa pull out bed was very uncomfortable. This is better for one or two people for a night or two that are going out on a fishing charter or something like that.”

“The view of the ocean was amazing! Loved being so close to Nye Beach. The accommodations and amenities were perfect for my husband and me. ”

“It really is just steps from the beach, the stairs down are right across the road. It is a bit of a trek back up, but it's a few minutes to historic nye beach if you can't do stairs!”

“Seemed oversold as an 8 person accommodation. It is actually 2 separate units which was unexpected. There wasn’t a good space for everyone to comfortably congregate if you have 8 people. It was clean and hosts were responsive.”
