"The Palace is a very nicely appointed Hotel and smokeless casino. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. It appeared that the guests on our floor were very respectful of others and the various times people go to sleep at a casino hotel."

"I would never book here again. The parking for the room was not convenient. There was no room service. The room was nice but not designed well. The lights in the bathroom were right over the sink(basin). No were to put on makeup. The coffee was cheap for luxury room. "

"On a positive note: the staff is super friendly! The ladies at the front desk were kind, made the check in/out process quick, and kept us well informed of all hotel items. They were absolutely the highlight of our stay and we were only here for 2 nights. Cons: the room was not as clean as I would have liked to see, There was hair on the floor in the bathroom, the showerhead leaked so the floor was wet after showers, there were random marks on the wall that we aren’t 100% sure what they are, the door frame has dirt marks around hightouch areas, the hair dryer cord has either mold or some sort of dirt on it, the door to the room had a giant gap at the bottom so it never stayed cool. Overall, we won’t be staying here again and I would not recommend to you or your family stay here either. There are too many cheap hotel options with pools and breakfast in the area that this one isn’t worth your time or money. "

"We will not be booking this hotel ever again. After a long day, we arrived at the hotel for someone to have given our room to someone else, UNDER MY NAME/PAYMENT. I decided it wasn’t that big of a deal because it didnt look super clean anyway, so a refund was much better. I will say that the two workers at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. "

"The property was very nice. The beds slept very well and I loved the pillows. The toilet was a good height, I didn’t feel like I was sitting on the floor. It was good to have a safe in the room. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The restaurants had good food. It’s nice to have so many choices that you don’t really have to leave the resort. I wish the room had a microwave and a chair with ottoman. The desk chair was broken and it couldn’t be raised. The desk lamp didn’t work. Overall I would come back."
