"Front desk man was nice. However room was dirty (dirty bedsheets, makeup on towels, dirty tub) and breakfast was not that good."

"The room was very nice, clean. The mini fridge didn’t work and the “hot” water in the shower was barely lukewarm. When we first arrived I asked where a restroom was (been riding in the car for a few hours) I was told “over there” with a pointed finger and no direction otherwise. The pool/hot tub area was beautiful…but mostly closed (maintenance I guess) , so the areas that were open were packed full."

"Hello, I recently stayed at the Lady Luck hotel and unfortunately, don't have a positive review. The entire buildings AC was broken and it was incredibly hot in the room; even with the window open (4 inches) it was impossible to sleep. Also, the elevators are horrible, and take an average time of 5-10 minutes! This place seemed to be operating in White Lotus survival mode honestly. I'd love for management to reach out and either refund my money or comp it. Sadly, nothing really sticks out as a positive about Lady Luck when Monarch is right across the street."

"Breakfast was good. They need more help on the floor. No host by the door and waitresses need to clean tables, be the hostess, and attend the tables. Bad management. "
