“Room was clean and a great size. Staff was so friendly. Loved that each night they left a postcard and mints and if you weren't in the room they'd turn on lights so you don't come back to a dark room. I was close to the pool and took full advantage. Beach was also close with a restaurant, beach bar and playground. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family. Also loved the welcome drink. I also mentioned we were traveling for my bday and when we arrived had bday balloons and a card on……

“Staff was unaccommodating. The Staff acted as though they had better things to do than serive the patrons. Regardless of the request weather it was bottle water for the room, clean towels, or just plain toilet tissue it was at least a three to four hour wait if the request was fulfilled at all. For example requested a chicken club sandwich at midnight and did not receive it till almost 4am and thats after I had to personally come down and find a staff member working the kitchen. “I had such an amazing stay at the Pietermaai Oasis. The apartment was very cozy, clean and located in a central location, so it was easy to explore many areas around Willemstad. Every staff member I interacted with was helpful, professional and friendly. I will definitely sty here again when I return to Curaçao. ”

“Stayed here on our last day before flying home. Arrived before noon after checking out of another accommodation. We were prepared to have them hold our bags until our room was ready. Kenedra (sorry don’t remember her name exactly) at the front desk was amazing. She offered us an upgrade and let us check in immediately. We hung out at the pool for the afternoon. Pool and hot tub are incredible! Room was clean and comfortable. The only reason for the 4* for staff was due to the young man……

“Lovely renovated historic hotel right on the ocean in Pietermaai district of Willemstad. It was in a quieter area only 1 street over from great bars and restaurants. Our room overlooked the ocean, and there was a small private beach with lounge chairs. The staff was amazing, and helped us with airport taxi and recommendations in the area. Short walking distance (10 min) to the heart of Punda and 15 min to the floating bridge. ”

“This property is centrally located and has the best staff. The downsides was the loud music played on the rooftop that goes on until 10 - 12am depending on the night. You unfortunately cannot go to sleep until the music stops playing if you are sensitive to noises. The wifi was also pretty bad so you will need a sim or e-sim card if you want to stay connected. The staff was the highlight of this property, especially the men and women who worked the front desk. ”
