“Access for handicapped, elevator broken, stairwell door hard to open, parking lot access poor & unmarked and you left me a message in the middle of the night.THANKS for waking me up in the middle of the night!”

“The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean. We did not like the bedding on top of the sheets and questioned its cleanliness plus it wasn't warm enough. The heat unit was noisy and difficult to keep the room warm without the unit loudly running. Everything else was good and adequate.”

“We are the customers checking staying in this hotel. The experience is very unsatisfactory and unhappy. There were insects in room, stain on the carpet, phone, alarm, hair dryer, they were all no function. There were hair clip, bottle caps left in room from other customers stayed before. When asking for room cleaning, nothing happened even I came to the front desk reiterating our demand. It is unbelievable and unacceptable. The worst and terrible hotel we have ever stayed. “This hotel could be really good. Could be, but if your a light sleeper(we aren’t light sleepers but it didn’t matter).. it’s not a good thing train goes by every two hours loud horn and super thin windows means you wake up a lot. Loud traffic also. In our room first day we noticed the in room lockbox was low battery unusable, we mentioned it first night. Nothing done. The second day we mentioned it to the general manager as well as letting him know the in room body wash was empty. He told us “I……

“This place is ghetto. I would rather sleep on the open ground in Afghanistan again. The staff were jerks. The house keeping demanded to come in and I told them to come back Then the front desk called my room demanding I exit so the house keeper could go inside. Mind you I work nights and its at that time about 9 am I got off work at 6 am and completely resting. I sat out in my car and with my motel door room open, never saw the "emergency" housekeeper anywhere in the area. I was frustrated and……
