Biggest complaint is the pricing for rooms, advertised room was 177.00 a night, each day after that room charge was over 200 a night and parking is $45 a night. That was not disclosed before the reservation was made. Housekeeping did not come once in three days. For the cost you should go to another property. Will never stay here again!!”

“When we arrived our Expedia reservation had not transferred over to the hotel. The staff kept saying it was a computer issue on their end. They had us wait for 15 min before they told us they had no clue how long it would take. We had somewhere to be and needed to shower and get ready. They were rude and less than helpful. Never again.”
