“Rooms are clean, well decorated and modern but not my thing. Not a fan of the “doorless shower” the floor still ended up wet. The area is very noisy but thats not the fault of the property owners. Check in is at the bar with was odd but well handled. Parking is not adequate enough.. ”

“打开门房间会有一股刺鼻的味道，应该是潮湿不通风造成的，浴室没有窗或抽风，我们打开房门吹了半个小时就好多了。 除此之外都还不错。”

“Very helpful staff. Very friendly, and made shuttle transfer to and from airport a breeze. Just call them and they’ll meet you there, or ask for a shuttle from the front desk. After calling from the airport, they arrived within 10 min. When asking from the front desk to head back to airport, they had a driver ready in just a min or 2. As of April ‘26, they are still in construction on the first floor for the rebrand. 2nd and 3rd floor rooms are complete and well done. I didn’t encounter any……

“We like to stay at the Best Western Rio Grande because it is easily accessible, close to Old Towne, it is clean, the grounds are well kept, the staff is great and there’s a restaurant that offers a selection for a free breakfast instead of corn flakes and a waffle. We had our small service dog with us and they were very accommodating. ”

“Sauna was unavailable, hot tub was ice cold, reserved room with jetted tub but it didn't have one. Hotel website lists many amenities that simply do not exist at this location. Felt ripped off. ”

“I booked a Two bed suite with a pull out bed, and when I checked in they gave me a one bed room and when I told them they said they were all booked up and couldn’t give me what I booked but I could pay for another room with one bed. The manager was rude so I just canceled and went to another hotel. Will never stay at this hotel again”
