“Hotel didn’t have a Delux room as we paid for Hotel charged us another 120.00 I need a refund”

“We came for a memorial service and our whole family came down with norovirus the next day after arrival. 20 of us after using the pool and facilities and eating in the great room. The eggs and biscuits and gravy were burned and re-used Saturday morning. Looks like they were left out or reheated for days. By synday morning we were all deathly sick. Called the MN dept of health and reported it.”

“Air conditioning worked and it was a decent place to stay just needed a bed so it was fine.”

“No coffee or breakfast. Nobody at front desk. Just cell phone numbers. Cheap room but hotel is sketchy. ”

“Stayed one night. Tv was broken. It worked but had lines over half the screen, probably from the punch or kick impact point in the corner of the screen. Reported to the desk clerk who said she'd make a note for maintenance. Room had a smell like it was a smoking room in the past. Sofa had a torn hole in the base. Overall the place is OK, not worth what we paid.”

“FILTHY!!! Booked to stay with my kids, room #1 had dirt on the sheets and soil stains on the comforter. Room #2 had a head imprint and hair left on the pillow and multiple stains on the bedding that ranged from yellow to red. I’ve traveled all over and this is literally the dirtiest, most run down hole I’ve ever been to. Only saving grace was that I booked through Expedia and received a full refund to stay somewhere else.”

“First, staff were very hard to understand. I called the office to get the Wifi password, and ended up having to walk to the office to get it. Secondly, there was no ice available. Thirdly, the bathtub drained very slowly when taking a shower. Thirdly, the bathroom was not clean. Fourth, there was an extra $12 fee tacked on the original price which should have been $94.00, not $106.00. The staff said it was an Expedia charge. I was not aware of that. The price is not worth the stay for a……

“All in all, the overall experience is a pleasant surprise in this 2-1/2 star hotel. The room was bigger and the level of cleanliness was better than expected. The coin-operated self-serviced laundromat on the floor was an added pleasant surprise. If there is an need in the future for a hotel room in the surrounding area, this hotel will be my priority choice.”
