“The property was brand new and very clean. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great too.”

“Check in was very efficient! Facilities were clean and breakfast items were delicious!! The pillows and mattress were uncomfortable. Pillows are too small and soft. Mattress feels worn. (Even with “Topper”) The TV volume would not go below “10” setting. Only option is to “Mute” sound. Room assigned was not same as one described in reservation made. It did not include a kitchen!”

“Telephone system didn't work so you could call the desk. They only put 2 towels in a room for a family of 4, then said they ran out of towels when asked for additional. The carpet in the rooms was aborably dirty. When we spilt a little water from our cooler, we used a towel to clean it up. It came up black (not gray). We made everyone wear shoes all the time after that. The place seemed freshly painted. Staff was nice & pleasant. Pool was cloudy. You couldn't see your feet in 3 feet of……

“Fire alarm was pulled at 5am, room was not really clean but this was a last minute booking and was sufficient for the 5 hours of sleep we needed before driving home”

“When i got there the young man was nice. But no toilet paper in room. Room was never serviced in four days. And i had to ask for clean towels after three days and had to go back to office again to get clean towels. And the pool was green on the 4th of July and couldn't enjoy it with my daughter . Truthfully I'm not very happy.”

“In listing .pool was included . But on this day . Wednesday. Wen I checked in .. he stated that pool wasn't available til Thursday .. and Thursday came and nothing .. I was very upset . I stayed because it was 5 minutes walk to my daughters .. but I had came from another hotel wit pool and free breakfast .. so I was upset .. and wifi didn't work either . I will not b recommending oyo .”
