“I was impressed by this hotel. It had everything I needed and was super clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was the standard hotel basic free breakfast. WiFi worked. Keurig coffee maker in the room. No complaints. Quiet atmosphere. I logged a 93 sleep score my first night. ”

“Very short stay for us, late night check-in and early morning check-out, so we were there for only about 8 hours. The hotel is nice and new, with a spacious room and great amenities. The location was also very convenient for us. However, cleanliness could be improved. The floor had visible stains, and we even found a gummy bear. One of the face towels had someone’s hair in it, even though it was neatly folded. During the night, the AC unit made a loud noise when it turned on. It eventually……

“Check in was excellent. Room was very clean. Bathroom clean and they use high quality soaps and hair products. Room is well equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Even had alarm clocks! The shower was on point…hot and forceful spray. Bed was super comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. Couldn’t have asked for any more. Indoor pool was clean as was the exercise room. Breakfast was on par with the better hotel breakfasts. Will definitely stay here again!”

“First of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. This was our first time staying at a Hyatt as we usually are loyal to a competitor. We were assigned a top floor room where a group of young people were also staying in several rooms. They have a quite a party up there at the expense of everyone on the floor. The odor from the drugs they were smoking leaked into our room and we all woke up with headache from it. Despite several visits from hotel staff their party continued until the……

“Smallest room I've ever stayed in. The curtains were half disconnected at the top and difficult to open or close. Evening reception was toast, some very small pieces of cheese, and a half cup of fruit. Breakfast was mediocre. They did let us check in early and the staff was friendly. The website said there is a restaurant but there is not. ”

“I arrived a bit early for check-in, but the staff were very kind and helped me get a room slightly ahead of time, which I really appreciated. As a foreigner, my English is not perfect, but they were very patient in answering my questions and providing assistance. The breakfast was fresh. I really enjoyed my stay here. The environment was quiet, and I slept very well. I had a very pleasant experience here.”
