Check in was easy only issue was the AC didn't work and since we checked in late, they quickly came to restart curcuit board. “Lovely, quaint hotel on one of the small canals. The room worked great for my 4-person family and is within eye shot of the main Piazza where all the buses come in so was easy to get to. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and though it was a separate cost at 15 euro per person, it was well worth it. Everything is really close in Venice so really anywhere on St Lucia is convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Additionally, there are a couple of restaurants right next to the hotel and we enjoyed……

“Walking distance from train station is around 5 minutes. This is also near actv station "Riva De Biaso", very convenient. My room is 02, unfortunately it has an unpleasant smell throughout the stay, but other than that, everything is good enough. I am glad that I utilize kitchen nicely.”

“Very clean, good sunshine, quiet, good sound insulation, you won't hear the sound next door. We stayed for 8 days and slept very well at night. The owner is very friendly and the breakfast is very good. It is very close to the pier and the big supermarket. We took a boat from the airport and we were there in no time. It's not far from the Venice Biennale or from shopping, it's a comfortable distance.”

"被安排在108房間，馬桶蓋竟然脫離，床單有血跡，三張床只有一個棉被，其他竟然是毛毯。房間令人覺得陰暗不適。很可怕的房間。查到當天還有空房，不知道為何要安排108客房給我們。 還好隔天幫忙更換到202。整個提升很多。如果是202房間，下次願意再入住， 希望不要安排108那種房間， 到了202房間， 餐廳有位年老女士服務態度很差，只有我一個人時，把垃圾丟在我的桌上，很可惡。當時約10:10am. 0204櫃檯小姐人很好。 有位櫃檯先生（會說中文）人也很好。 "

"酒店的地理位置非常方便，到教堂或督督宮等景點只要步行4分鐘便可。步行1分鐘便有小型超市且營業到晚上11點，方便遊客。酒店的早餐美味但選擇不多。房間在上年裝修過，貼比新淨，睡床和枕頭也很舒適，整體來說我們都非常滿意。"

"Cozy and comfortable. Morden facility with quiet neighborhood. For transportation a bit far from main island but Ferry 3 go straight to Ple Roma in 15mins while Ferry 4.1/4.2 takes 1 hour from San Marco. And 4.2 runs from morning from midnight about 22:00 so no need to worry about transportation too much."
