Loved the pool. Very clean, not crowded.Just wished we didn’t have to get to the pool early to “reserve” a desirable spot in the shade. A family member stayed at a neighbouring resort where reserving was not allowed (they had to sign a waiver). They said it worked very well and was fair for all.

Property is in very good shape, very clean and modern rooms, pool and other places staff are friendly and efficient. Kid friendly hotel. For an all inclusive resort I always look for a Hard Rock property, the only bad thing at Los Cabos location, now they don't serve natural juices :(
