“Excellent breakfast.”

“The hotel was not named Hotel Blu.It was a Motel 6. They charged my credit card twice at 2 rates for one room. They charged me for the dog and a $100 deposit, which was not part of the reservation billing. There was no breakfast as advertised. There was no hot water for a shower. The clerk refused to look at the reservation that showed I had already paid for the room. The people next to me had a crying baby and two kids who ran up and down the hall. I would not recommend the place to anyone. I……

“My stay wasn’t very long, but I did have difficulties checking in late at night because whoever was attending the front desk was asleep on the floor in the office and I had to go through the back and wake them up to get checked in.”

“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”
