Great location, this Oasis is right next to the ferry marina the goes to Isla Mujeres. The food selections are good, depending on the package you purchase the restaurant and bar options are good. Drinks are your typical.. Negatives !!! The grounds are very dirty!! Cocktail glasses napkins cigarette butts food plates are left everywhere. The guests here think the resort should pick up after them so they leave a mess of the resort and the workers are very lax on keeping the grounds clean. In reality they shouldn’t have to pick up The messes of people. People should be decent human beings and clean up after themselves. The beach area would be so beautiful if the guests werent pigs but they trash the beach area. ( every morning i spent exactly 1 hour from 6:30am to 7:30am picking up trash on the beach. As well as straighting up the chairs in a nice line facing the sea. Workers didnt do this I DID!!… and all day as id walk around id pick up trash-glasses-cig/butts that would be left everywhere and i mean everywhere!!! I blame the guests for this. put management should stay on top of it . And have rules set that children should be accompanied by their parents to get food and drinks because children make a mess of this place.. there’s no reason why anybody should want to go on vacation and be pigs. Again, this is not the resort’s fault. this is the guests. But management should enforce cleanliness of their property.

I upgraded from Oasis Palm to Grand Oasis Palm because a lot of restaurants were not included under Oasis Palm. This is a resort where a lot of Mexicans come to vacation; as such, the food was more traditional, and a lot of the staff did not speak English well. I was able to communicate with my basic high school Spanish, though. People reserve the chairs and loungers early in the morning. And only once someone moved my stuff. The best part is that you can see the beach from the pool, and it takes less than a minute to go to the beach. They clean the beach of seaweed daily. Nice, clear, and calm water. Two big cons are that they cannot make speciality drinks like a Dirty Martini and that most of their arcade machines are broken.

Would DEFINITELY not recommend you spend your money on this resort, ALL INCLUSIVE but limited access to specific pools and restaurants. To start off, after check in we were greeted by a friendly staff member helping “guide us” to our room, Turns out she was trying to sell us something along the lines of a timeshare which we refused. We were approached by one of these timeshare employees multiple times during our stay here so beware. Quality of food could’ve been better. Bottom shelf cheap watered down alcohol at all the bars. The propery overall doesn’t look to be well kept.

From the beginning, the people who attend to you are unfriendly. More intense and somewhat annoying are the vendors who are everywhere inside the hotel The room had a musty smell, the air conditioning a horrible sound. We had to call an employee to help us with the window curtain because it did not close. We were helped to sleep by tiredness but not by comfort. You could not get water for the room after 10 p.m. Despite being an "all-inclusive" hotel, you had to pay if you wanted bottles of water in the room. And the extra taxes they charge when they arrive at the hotel, do not appear when they pay on Expedia.
I show proof that they charge for water or, something you want to drink, that goes in the fridge.
Few chairs in the beach area. We warned that it was damaged, and they left it there.

Our stay at Grand Oasis Palm was extremely disappointing, especially traveling with young children (ages 5 and 3). The rooms were very run down and not well maintained. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the property was lacking basic upkeep and cleanliness. The staff was consistently slow and unhelpful, which became a major issue on our last night. Both of our kids got sick after eating meat from the buffet and were vomiting throughout the night. Our 3-year-old got sick in the bed, and we urgently needed clean sheets and assistance. Despite the situation, it took housekeeping nearly two hours (around 11pm) to respond. With a 6:00am departure for the airport, this made an already stressful situation much worse. The food quality overall was very poor. Beyond taste, there were serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. Drinks were served in reusable plastic cups that were quickly rinsed in what appeared to be a dirty sink before being reused. Throughout the property, dirty plates and cups were left sitting around for long periods of time. This was not a safe or enjoyable experience for our family. I would not recommend Grand Oasis Palm to anyone, especially families with young children.

Everything was amazing the room was super clean and organize, Isabella whom cleaned our room she was super nice and did amazing job while we stayed 6 days. Pool was clean and the beach was super calm for my toddler to be able to get in water. The food was always delicious a lot of choices and drinks were also really good the ice cream was also really good my toddler loved the choices. We also enjoyed the time we got to use toddler time in daycare I do wishes instead of couple of days they would change toddler time everyday thing it helps to kill some time when you have a toddler and the pool section for kids it was amazing .
