"The beach is absolutely the best. High tide is about 150 feet from the main door. The hotel is small so there is never a crowd even when it’s fully booked. Great typical Costa Rican breakfast is included. "

"The hotel is pet friendly it's just that the management staff is a disaster. They changed our room to go with the dog; I understand that, but they kept us waiting for 20 minutes and they closed the restaurant for us. They didn't clean our room but they never told us what we had to do to receive the service. The Zoco restaurant is another point of improvement and it is better to say that they do not have olive oil, before bringing cooking oil. The Hotel is good; bad service."

"The beach chairs have rust, the shower basically dripped. The room was just ok. The bar tender was beyond slow with only me there. The gardens aren't maintained. The beach is remote and actually quite beautiful. No chairs though. The breakfasts was ok. Very ordinary. Waitress pleasant as was the front desk. Would we go back. No. To the area. Yes."

"This place is so pretty and right on the beach. The pool is nice and the garden area great to sit and have coffee or drinks. The staff are super friendly too! The cherry on top is that they are pet friendly. Our dog had a great time. "

"The staff is great and the breakfast was good. Good place to stay if you want to be close to the beach. AC works great and the pool looks amazing. There is some wildlife in the area as well which is nice. Not much to do in the area though and it's hard to get to without pre-arranged transportation. Nice getaway though! Internet works amazing!"

"Beautiful sunsets. Friendly neighbors and miles of secluded beach. It is a bit of a hike to Manuel Antonio park but if you embrace the Pura Vida life-style it’s a great place for a peaceful and quiet stay. I would describe the property as 1990’s Midwest beach front cottage. Compared to the other places we stayed in Costa Rica the price point is great."

"This property was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. The view off of the balcony was stunning, with trees, ocean, and wildlife. The walk to the beach from our unit was only 2-3 minutes. There were several good restaurants across the road from the complex, but we also did a bit of easy cooking in the unit. The complex is located just between Jaco and Parrita and was easy to get to other areas of interest. I would recommend this rental to everyone!"
