"The concept is nice but the place still needs a lot of work. Being objective these are /-:
* Nice property grounds
* Rooms are ok size and clean
* Comfy mattress
* Simple but ok breakfast

* The place needs a restaurant so badly as there is nothing close to the hotel.
* The shower stopped working
* There is no front desk so you cannot call anyone for help and you have to open the gate yourself, this can be tricky. The staff is friendly but is literally 1 guy.
* A lots of maintenance work...
