“Kamer was schoon en voor een paar overnachtingen in orde. Schone handdoeken en goede douche in het bad ( hoge instap ). Personeel vriendelijk en ok. Ontbijt beetje eenvoudig maar voldoende.”

“Very clean room with plenty of tea making facilities and lots of hot water, fluffy towels and a comfortable bed. Helpful full length mirror in bedroom. Some of the communal areas look a bit tired, but staff welcoming and room was great for my needs (staying overnight in area ready for family get together). Great location for Hythe and walk along seafront short drive away.”

“The room was really lovely 4*. It was quiet, overlooked lovely gardens. Great size and nicely laid out. But coming into hotel reception was dark and smelt of stale beer....we actually thought of leaving. Staff not very friendly or welcoming, apart from one person in breakfast room who was very helpful...Leo. Food and breakfast were all good. We didn't use swimming pool as it didn't look great and had read several poor reviews. But location was brilliant. Short walk into a lovely high street and……

“We stayed in Willow, the staff were so lovely and attentive! They work so hard to make everything nice for you . The balcony was lovely this morning. We did the walk around the nature reserve and boat trip was great! Pete the captain was so nice and very knowledgable. We had the best time and Will definitely come back soon . “Lovely location and good size room”

“We stayed here as a stopover before going to Le Shuttle early the next day. Great location for a stopover, check-in was smooth and easy, rooms very clean and nicely decorated…hotel rooms had a refurb in Sep ‘25. Good pub food as well. Early checkout was also easy with a drop key box for those leaving before reception is staffed. All in all for the price point we would definitely work this stop off into our travel plans for future France trips”
