“Lovely grounds, incredible golf course and palm tree view and a lanai/backyard with plenty of space. Perfect for my 12 year old and myself. Great location with KTA and fantastic farmer’s market nearby. Pool was nice for a quick dip, and not too many people there. Only hiccup was a fridge that wasn’t cold enough.”

“Clean and well stocked. Excellent communication by the host. Great location. If you go, try the artisan’s faire down the street and plan to sit for the live music.”

“Clean and well-supplied unit, but owner is very hard to get hold of. Door and gate codes changed, got locked out of room early on checkout, and when notified of water shutoff on short notice owner went dark. so make sure you have the codes early! otherwise a nicely located well-maintained unit.”

“There was a key code situation that never got resolved. We had to Leave the door unlocked cause we thought if it locked we would be out on the street for the night. Pool was good. Price cheap but the key thing a real problem. Not fancy for sure”

“A wonderfully clean and spacious condo close to the heart of Kona. The lanai was perfect for spending some down time on while still being able to enjoy the warm weather and ocean sounds. There is also a great view of the sunset from the pool area! Loved our stay here :)”

“This is the second time we have stayed at this condo, has everything you need, 6 pairs of beach chairs, different sizes of coolers, Massage Chair, far enough from swimming pool to not hear kids having fun. Will be back next year.”

“Our week long girls trip was fabulous! The location of this rental surprised me. We were directly across from the ocean which I was not expecting. There are houses across the street but we woke up to an ocean view and waves crashing. It's on a bit of a busy street but the view made-up for it. It was just what we needed. Also so close to snorkeling at Kahaluu Bay. I'd never been to Kona so wasn't sure about locations of things but we walked to the bay and enjoyed the snorkeling! Such beautiful...
