“Nice room, but pictures were a little misleading as we thought the room was 3 queens. Difficult time calling front desk to notify of late arrival, could only get through choosing reservations. Operational manager reached out regarding concerns and was exceptionally professional in addressing the issues! Potential of the hotel is extremely high with the right corrections moving forward. Believe the manager will guide staff towards the importance of the hospitality mentality that should be……

“Steve was a gracious host. The property is lovely. The rooms are large and attractively furnished with all the amenities one could want. We had breakfast on the balcony which had a lovely view. Steve was a chef in a former life and it showed in the quality of the breakfast which was both beautifully presented and delicious. We will definitely recommend this establishment to our friends.”
