“We travel to Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg a couple of times per year for a quick vacation. The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness of the room. Typically even when staying in cabins the cleanliness is in line with what I would consider to be hotel cleanliness (not great). But the cleaning crew of this condo was excellent! The location is great! It is directly off the parkway, and if you wanted to walk instead of drive it would be possible. All in all this stay was a great experience,……

“The condo is clean and well stocked to accommodate all of our needs. It’s amazingly quiet given the close proximity to the main drag of Pigeon Forge. This is the second year we have picked a condo at this location and both have been very nice. ”

“Condo owner Traci was so responsive and wonderful answering all my questions. Beautiful condo with gorgeous views and SO quiet and tranquil. We couldn’t believe how quiet it was. There were beautiful geese that marched across the property to eat grass. Outdoor pool was so clean. Indoor pool was super clean but chilly because the heater was broken. Best Pigeon Forge place we’ve ever stayed at !!! 10 out of 10!!”

“Overall, Condo was nice. Walls are a little thin and can hear people next to you or above, but the condo was clean upon arrival. Some things are renovated, some are outdated, but all in good working conditions and clean. Items are well stocked, with dish soap, sponges, soap/shampoo in the bathrooms. Communication was clear and timely. There was plenty of room for all. There is a trolley stop at the bottom of the steep drive, but the 1/2 mile walk into town isn't bad at all. Overall, would……
