Easy to get to and we parked for free on the street. The rooms are warm and cozy. I was not impressed with the bed comfort. Other than that I love staying here!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and delicious food. Doors are locked after 1am and you will need to ring the doorbell to get in. This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in MN and I’m coming back. Thank you for welcoming us.

Very nice room. Clean hotel. Great location…can use the skyway to access Target Center and Target Field without going outside. Hotel is secure. Staff helpful. Uber/taxi transportation is limited and expensive. Light rail was just a few blocks away, it was easy to use, but was not safe.

Staff was helpful. The pool area was wonderful and family friendly. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The #2 elevator needs to be fixed, only one elevator for 4 floors was terrible.

Jaime at the front desk was fantastic at check in and pleasant every time I went through the lobby. I really hope a manager reads this and gives her an atta-girl!

Shout out to the morning/afternoon front desk staff 10/25 that moved my girlfriend and I to a similar room that had natural sunlight. We both struggle with depression and natural sunlight helps us a ton in the mornings. I overlooked this in the booking process and picked a room that didnt work for us, the front desk staff were understanding and so friendly. It sounds silly to make such a big deal about it but it was a really big deal to us

Wife and I had a staycation. We hadn’t had a full 24 hrs without the kids in a long time and it didn’t disappoint!! Hotel was wonderful!! The spa pool on the roof was the perfect medicine to the negative temperatures we’ve been dealing with here in MN. Wish the sauna’s were open but with covid we understand. Great restaurant and shopping options within a block or two. Wonderful experience!! We will definitely be back!!

this is a super cool hotel right in the heart of the university. The main lobby is open to the public so there’s really great energy with all the students sitting around studying. The rooms are quirky and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying there.

The receptionist - I'm sorry I didn't get his name - was so friendly and helpful! My brother and I really felt welcome. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed.
We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant, Giulia, where the staff also was friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the coffee bar was tasty, too; but there was a long line for placing orders.

We loved our stay ! The hotel has such a fun vibe!! We enjoyed having a drink at the lobby bar with all the fun games around! A short walk to the Farmers market and the walking paths! We’ll be back for sure.
The only thing that was a bit of a suprise was a $35 charge per day for parking. We got a parking pass when we checked in, we thought that was included.
