“I don’t have enough good things to say about this property. The rooms are very well cleaned and adequately maintained, despite it being an older property. The exterior is super cute and there are accommodating areas to gather, including a fire pit. It’s very quiet. The best thing about it is the manager. She is an absolute doll. She took great care of our elderly parents, going WAY above and beyond to make sure their stay was superb. I can 100% recommend this property if you want to avoid the……

“The employees were the kindest most help full group i have encountered.I have stayed in alot of hotels but I have stayed here twice and both were exceptional .I would recomend this particular one in warransburg Missouri as my favorite.Air conditioner chilled my wife out rooms clean and spacious the breakfast very good”

“Warned by two different locals, one being a law enforcement, not to stay here. It wasn’t named correctly. Some sketchy people around the site. We didn’t stay here so I don’t know if it was clean or if the staff were nice. We were advised to go to Warrensburg or Sedalia.”

“The place was not clean and smelled like a damp basement with paint peeling in the corner of the room. The toilet was not attached to the floor, and the Television did not work. The bed was really comfortable though.”

“The room was not clean. There were stains on the sheets. There was a toilet brush cleaner outside the door. Cigarette butts were scattered on the stairs leading to the room. We had to stay at a different hotel because we did not feel the room was clean to sleep in.”
