“The condo is in a great location! However, in general the condo needs updating. I found parts of the condo to be dirty. The bedroom carpet had stains. The patio door was extremely difficult to open. The bathroom door knob was coming off so I fixed it. The paint on the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity was chipping. ”

Washer and dryer and all the amenities you need for a short stay. I would definitely book this place again. Less expensive than a hotel with more amenities and privacy”

“The condo was functional and clean, with updated kitchen, low and comfortable beds/bedding. The beds were so well made that they never came undone. The kitchen appliances worked well and basic dishware, and utensils were provided. We had the most trouble with water utilities in the kitchen and bathrooms - poor flow and tight faucet handles. “The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed and the close proximity to Old Town Scottsdale was very convenient. We rated the accuracy as a 4 because the pictures look like there is a private balcony when in fact its just the front entrance to the condo. Overall, everything was great. “The property’s location was its biggest highlight—close to everything we did, with a very quiet neighborhood at night. The AC and heat worked well, and the bathroom was stocked with four bath towels (though no face or body towels, so bringing your own is highly recommended everywhere you go).
