“We had a great stay at this two-bedroom condo and would definitely recommend it for families. The space was very clean and well stocked—there were plenty of towels and washcloths, and the shower was equipped with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. There was also no shortage of basic supplies like toilet paper, which we really appreciated.The neighborhood felt very safe and was perfect for walking. “Place is small which wasn’t a big deal as there are only two of us, I felt the price was high for it though, no way to sleep 3 unless the 3rd person is 5’ 3” or shorter, no dishwasher even though it’s listed, no measuring cups, mixing bowls, no can opener or corkscrew, laundry is in the building not the unit, no big deal, missing the outlet cover on the kitchen outlet, tv I don’t think is the size advertised (not a big deal just an observation) also radiator covers are coming off and the faux……

“Everything was perfect! Very clean, easy to get to and communication was great. We had kids competing at New Balance, the distance could not have been better, 5 minute walk. Wish we would have found this sooner. Things to note- this unit was a 3 level walk up and it’s an older building with very loud creaky floors. Was no problem for us but good details for some. Definitely recommend! ”

“The unit was comfortable, well-equipped and clean, except for some paint and wall debris at the primary BR window, probably due to water damage. It was conveniently located only 1 mile from Boston Children's Hospital, the reason for our stay. Communication with the hosts was good. Our major issue was with internet connectivity which, though advertised, was not available due to faulty equipment - a serious problem for us as we both work remotely, and have a number of items urgently requiring……

“While the neighborhood itself was nice, this rental was overall a huge disappointment. The listing is very misleading. The building is mostly filled with university students, so it felt more like staying in a dorm than a vacation rental, which was never disclosed.The apartment was in poor condition: everything had been painted over so many times that doors would stick, the microwave door was barely hanging on after being duct-taped as a “fix,” and there were mold spots visible in some areas.……
