Welcome to your Cocoa Beach getaway, just one block from the Atlantic Ocean! This property features a 5-bedroom, 2-bath primary home and a private studio apartment above the garage. Locally owned and managed—no property management company here—we’re eager to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Less than a mile from Downtown and events like the Thanksgiving Art Show and Surfing Santas, fun and relaxation await!
The space
The main house is 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The studio apartment has a full bath and kitchen upstairs. The large pool is in the back yard along with a garage that has laundry facilities and games.
