The place is extremely dirty !!!! There are roches in the fridge and freezer and by the bed side dresser there were some small bugs in the kitchen sink . Everything is dirty the rooms smell a lot like smoke theirs cigarettes all over the property. This is the worst hotel ever!!!!!!!

The staff was excellent. The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. It just shows that the staff is doing a good job, however, the property is run down. Everything is very old and not appealing at all. No hot water in the bathroom sink. And limited hot water in the shower. The hot water would come and go.

Property supposedly has roaches. Room smelt of cigarettes. Counters were stripped of boarding still had dried glue left over. Dents in fridge. Key system out dated. Keys failed multiple times had to get new ones. Counter tops had holes. Overall not a good experience, and on top of that property would not give any type of refund

We have stayed here about 6 times. The lower rating this time was because of the condition of Room 127 -- dirty bathtub and very very uncomfortable bed. Other stays have been pleasant -- obviously why we have kept coming back.

The guy working at the counter was polite and professional. My room was very clean and quiet. When my job increases my weekly hours, I often will get a room, because of the distance and traffic. The extended stay is only about 10 minutes from my job, and I will definitely stay again.

Horrible place

The desk agent was very friendly and that was the only good thing about this place. It was dirty. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The chair in the room was cracked and broken. The outlets only half worked.

I never felt so unsafe as when I arrived. Property had homeless roaming around, the hallways and room smelled like “cigarette”. I was traveling with my daughter and had to leave and booked another hotel. I just couldn’t expose my daughter’s safety. Staff was understanding and allowed me to cancel at least half of my reservation.

The staff was not cheerful or helpful. Just robotic in handling the entire transaction, didn’t discuss check out, area entertainment, nothing. I cleaned the hotel room from top to bottom and ended up with a white cloth turned black.

Worst hotel ever

We did not stay. We checked and left to stay somewhere else. Reaked of cigarette smoke. Tried to get a refund and was told No. Hinges holding door closed falling out. People milling around outside. Pictures online are very deceiving. Do not stay here

1st, for a one night stay, if you have a dog you will have an additional 27$ fee added that upgrades you to a 3rd floor room with dirty towels and used soap. Floors were grody and dresser was broken. Best part of all was the roach in the kitchen and the condoms by the chair. 10/10 wouldnt recommended. Ive had cheaper stays nicer than this place.
