“We went to a show at the Capital Theater and this place was very convenient. Had a nice dinner in walking distance as well. The building is old and kind of gross, but the apartment itself was very nice, modern, and clean.”

“Property is set up beautifully! I appreciated how quiet and relaxing it was. Bed was firm and comfortable. The water was nice and hot. The coffee and sugar was a bonus! Snacks and water available for the taking. The only other thing I would have a appreciated would have been just a couple more towels and a sharp knife. Which really? Was no big deal at all. I would most certainly stay here again.”

“Overall property was good but had two major flaws. Bed was way too small and hard, and couch in living area was not functional and in poor condition. Good proximity to downtown Stamford. Property manager was very attentive. Despite flaws mentioned above (which should be an easy fix) we enjoyed our stay.”

“My son and I were finishing up our college visit tour along the east coast and decided to stay here for a couple of days before our return flight home. The apartment was as described and it was nice to be able to wash all of our clothes before our departure. Here are a few improvements that I would suggest: - FANS! The central air doesn't cool the space effectively so ground or ceiling fans would go a long way. - Lamps. The space is lit up brightly with track lighting but nothing offers soft……

“The first thing we saw was a outside stairway that was rotting and the paint peeling off. We had to watch for splinters on the handrail & nails coming up on the stairs to get to the front door. The bad stay way was in just as bad a condition. The bed frames made such a racket we switched to another, but found either the other was loud as well or the mattress uncomfortable. Because of a shelf right above, it was difficult to get into the washer/dryer without hitting your head. The high top table……
