“The staff in the office are consistently amazing. Having just moved to SC and looking for my place to move in, they have made my short stints with them really seamless and comfortable. ALL OF STAFF!!!”

“The pictures online are a clear case of false advertising. I was scared to get out of my car. Stray cats and dogs hanging around along with the animals that some of the “residents” were hoarding (even though there were signs posted stating no animals allowed) The people hanging outside looked like they were in need of assistance in many ways. But once I opened the room door I knew for sure there was no way I could have stayed there. Bathroom window was broken and the beds looked like a tarp and……

“This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. From the very beginning the staff was very accommodating. Each and everyone one from housekeeping to management was phenomenal. The housekeeper with all the teddy bears on her cart was so bomb, she had great customer service and hospitality. She stopped what she was doing to get us towels. Always asking in passing if we needed anything. Management allowed us to check in early. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful no matter what time……

“Great view of the beach with easy access, perfect bar that is poolside with multiple hot tubs, kiddy pool, lazy river, covered pool and uncovered pool. Bathroom tight with door placement but very clean. Great place to stay.”

“Staff very courteous, breakfast left a little to be desired, I think someone should have noticed the dead bird in the pool, the handle on the shower door is about to fall off, facility is close to alot of tourist attractions good value for the money”

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“Good location for what we needed, staff although very nice, lacked the manpower needed to keep the hotel clean. We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and based on that experience decided to come back. This stay was definitely not the same, we will stay at a different hotel the next time we travel to the area.”
