“We didn’t pay for an oceanfront view, so I knew we’d have a street view but I expected to still have a personal balcony. We got to the room and opened the balcony door to find the roof. When talking to other guests on our floor, we learned that everyone on the 2nd floor without an ocean view had access to the roof. Needless to say, we kept the balcony door locked because it seemed like a potential security issue. The staff was polite and helpful. At first one of our room keys wasn’t working……

“We unfortunately did not have the best stay here at the Kingston plantation. The rooms were filthy. The staff didn’t seem to care about our concerns with the rooms. We had to switch 2 different times to other rooms/hotels on the property due to the rooms not being as described. Overall just not a great time.”

“the wait for elevators was always long. You have to go up to go down always packed and lines and you waited on your floor sometimes 20 mins for the elevetors.”
