“Condition of the room and bathroom were pretty poor. Bedside lights didn’t work, Tue bathroom and especially the shower need a complete reinvention and the toilet seer was dangerously loose. You just need a preventative maintenance program to fix it.”

“Even though I had a reservation there were no available rooms and I guess it was for the better since this is the worst, most rundown motel I have ever seen in my life and Im from the projects of Detroit. ”

“Internet did not work in my room and I was not made aware. When I brought it to the staffs attention they said that the internet did not work on the side of the building my room was in, no solution was provided! I had an important work meeting that I had to reschedule! The day before check out the manager offered to move my room, I declined as it was an inconvenience for me and my children to pack our stuff just for 1 night! I will never go back to that hotel!”
